VISUAL CULTURE
The works in this section explore a range of diverse subjects from the site where the Titanic was built in Belfast to Monument Valley in the American West.
They generally look at broad cultural issues, though several of the essays begin from the work of individual photographers such as Paul Seawright and Kai-Olaf Hesse.
The final subject ‘The Chartists in Newport’ provides a link to a slideshow of my photographs on that subject, now placed on the ‘Newport Rising’ website.
The photograph on this page was taken at ‘Titanic: The Artefact Exhibition’ at the O2, London, 2011.
