Waffenruhe
By the 2010s, the photobook had established a rich history and more and more classic books were being republished. An example was Michael Schmidt’s Waffenruhe from 1987, an atmospheric evocation of Berlin before the Wall came down. My review was published in Source, 95 (Autumn 2018).
